The planned total construction area of Yukou Business and Leisure Zone is more than 700,000 square meters. It is located in Yukou Town, Pinggu New City. It has good ecological landscape resources and perfect tourism industry system. It has promoted the Yukou Business and Leisure Zone project to have such complex functions as leisure and holiday and travel services; business office and supporting living. The future project will also introduce non-polluting business service facilities such as electric vehicles, solar energy conference centers, zero-carbon environmental protection business villas. We’ll invite international masters to participate in this project. We’ll also hold the exhibition of special cultural and art festivals, music and film festivals, which will make Yukou, the ecological leisure town a business and casual headquarter of Pinggu.
