"Images and Walking"
--Xia Haicheng Oil Painting Exhibition
When they break away from the "like and not like" entanglement, the artists begin to capture the flashing patterns and colors in their minds. Most of the objects in nature are so-called irregular shapes and irregular movements, but they are fixed in their own right.
Cartesian originates a two-dimensional plane from a point origin, and then extends to the x-axis, y-axis, z-axis...
If countless individuals are innumerable coordinate points in the quadrant, Xia Haicheng uses his walking to leave thousands of fragments on the multi-image plane. The rational lines are transformed into romantic graphics on the paper ------- the overlapping of characters, the color of experience, the memory of a city, and the shape of a story.
Feelings are microscopic and cannot be found. But emotions are colored, and thinking can also be summarized:
"When I am in a city, the moments that make me feel deeply will reveal different lines and color blocks. When I see and feel the things I pull out, I will quickly record it to form a space. I will never arrange any painting, this series will remove infinite changes with infinite possibilities, just like time appears in space, space also has time. Sometimes my painting process is very fast, but the buffering time before is long, sometimes I don’t even remember how long it takes to wait for a fragment."
