Damei Center partners with Oakwood and Steve Leung Designers established a distinguished Residence with a total area of 23,000㎡. It takes grey and brown as the base color and it is also supplemented by Chinese ink painting style. The design pays attention to the relationship between human and space, as well as the understanding of living culture.

Most of the guest rooms locate above 100 meters high which provides an excellent city view. There are total 171 guest rooms ranging from studio to 3-bedroom suite, which ensures the comfort of standard rooms and satisfy the demand of deluxe suite. The hot spring extracted from 2,600 meters underground, after special water treatment, is directly provided into each guest bathroom, which creates a warm and comfort “home” for the business elites.
